Through my life and leadership coaching practice, I’ve helped many technology and media leaders develop their strength and their voice. I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), meaning that I’ve gone through extensive experiential training with the Co-Active Training Institute, the largest coach training and leadership development organization in the world.
Coaching is a process of personal and professional development that develops through transformative conversation. It’s not about advice — I’m not going to hand you answers. But through one-on-one conversations, I will help you connect with the parts of yourself that need to sparkle a little more, and help you meet your goals, whether that’s recommitting to a creative practice, finding clarity around professional choices, or whatever else needs some loving attention and/or a kick in the pants.
My focus is on connecting you to who you are, now, with humor, clarity and compassion.

Coaching works best when we talk every two weeks or so, which provides both the time to put new approaches into practice, and enough continuity to keep our momentum going. I ask that new clients commit to three months of coaching, so that we have the time and space to do great work together.
Note that I have a limited number of coaching slots at any one time, as I only coach on Friday mornings, 9am-12pm ET.
