About Me
For many years I’ve been leading user research, currently at The New York Times and previously at IDEO, Lumosity, and O’Reilly Media.
More recently, I’ve also built a life and leadership coaching practice, through which I’ve helped many technology and media leaders develop their strength and their voice. I’m trained and certified through the Co-Active Training Institute, the largest experiential coach training and leadership development organization in the world.
I hold an MEd from the Technology, Innovation and Education program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I also hold a BA in Comparative Literature from Haverford College.
I live with my family on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. I love impromptu dinner parties, comfortable shoes, Japanese stationery, houseplants, and making crappy zines for friends.
